Deployment Availability
When a large scale incident occurs, team members may be asked to provide dates they will be available. This will usually happen at the onset of an incident, before it really unfolds. The reason for asking availability information as early as possible is for strategic planning purposes. As missions are created, team members will be deployed.
Team Members will be deployed based on need, mission, availability date(s) and discipline. Everyone that provides availability times may not be deployed. It depends on the things mentioned.
Generally, deployment in a large-scale event will be 8-12 hours in state.
